    Active Minds Active Minds at ESU is a branch of a national organization on more than 800 campuses that views mental health as a social justice issue. Our message is that mental health needs to be talked about as easily as physical health. Through campus awareness campaigns, events, advocacy, outreach, we want to bring the discussion about suicide and mental health into the open so that no one struggles alone.     How To Log In Logging in to Office 365 The forms, Leadership SharePoint sites, and other content that requires you to log in are all part of Microsoft's Office 365 platform. At ESU, this means you will need to log in a specific way. ​​ 1. From Hornet Central browse to the form or site you want to open and click on it. ​ You will be presented with a login for Office 365. Depending on the computer or device you're using, your login may look different. Regardless, enter your ESU Hornet Login, aka your username and password, AS DESCRIBED BELOW: ​ For username, enter: yourusername@emporia.edu . (note: do NOT use "g.emporia.edu") ​ Your password is your normal ESU password. ​ Tip: You may receive notifications in your student Gmail account, but always remember to log in to Office 365 separately using the links in Hornet Central. Your username is always username@emporia.edu , never username@g.emporia.edu ! ​

    Managing Your RSO Update your RSO page Update your RSO Leadership Members List Create a Form for Your RSO Update Your RSO PAGE Each student organization has a dedicated page that can be customized to share information about your RSO. ​ Providing current and dynamic photos is a key step in making your organization's page look inviting and encourage student interest! ​ To make changes, identified leadership members of each organization may submit a simple online form. ​ The following items can be customized: ​ HERO IMAGE - The large graphic at the top of your page. This is usually a photo graph and must be landscape/horizontal. We recommend 1920 x 1080 at 150 DPI. A default curated image will appear by default, but it is highly recommended that organizations provide a customized image. ​ DESCRIPTION - This is a text box that describes your organization. Make it descriptive, but engaging! We recommend between 1-4 sentences. ​ PROFILE GRAPHIC - This is a square graphic representing your organization. Some organizations have a custom logo, but you can also use this region to show a photo. This must be a square graphic or photo. We recommend 400 x 400 pixels at 150 DPI. By default, a Corky will appear in this section. ​ SOCIAL MEDIA - You may provide a link to your social media accounts. We support Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or a custom website link. If you use a social media app not listed, we recommend you enter that as part of your description or as one of the custom blocks at the bottom of the page. ​ DOCUMENTS - These are your organizations documents (by-laws, constitution, etc.). Please provide us with the current versions of these documents and not just links. These are not required and you may use them as needed, but you are limited to two. ​ INTEREST LINK - This is a link to more information about joining an RSO. Information collected will be submitted to CSI and shared with the appropriate organization. This link is not customizable. ​ GALLERY - This is a photo gallery. We recommend at least one photo. Photos should be landscape/horizontal, but it's not required. You may submit up to 10 photos. ​ CUSTOM BLOCKS - There are two customizable rich text blocks at the bottom of the page. You can provide the title and content that best showcases your organization.     Caduceus Society Caduceus Society is a RSO dedicated to any student interested in a healthcare career after graduation. Some common interests are pre-med, pre-PA, pre-dentistry, pre-optometry, pre-NP, and so on. We use this organization as a chance to connect with fellow students interested in healthcare to provide a community of support for each other while practicing professional development strategies. We meet once a month on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6pm in the Science Hall.     Zoiks! Improv Comedy ZOIKS! Improv is a group of ESU students who believe in the golden rule of "making it up as we go". Members rehearse weekly and perform at university functions throughout the year. They represent the program through traveling performances and workshops. On occasion, ZOIKS! has performed with touring groups like Second City, the band Ha Ha Tonka and other acts. The ZOIKS! Artistic Director is assisted by a Company Manager and Technical Director.
